360ism Studios is building a dedicated remote creative team to support our growing media production, photography, video, publishing, and social media operations.
We are looking for reliable, talented, Philippines-based creatives who want long-term work with a U.S.-based production company.
Who We Are
360ism Studios is a full-service creative production company based in Richmond, Virginia, USA.
Our work includes photography, video production, podcast content, magazine publishing, graphic design, social media marketing, and creative business content for brands, entrepreneurs, and organizations.
We operate at a professional, client-facing level and need creative support from people who can follow direction, meet deadlines, and produce consistent work.
A Remote Creative Production Team
This is not a random freelance gig. We are building a long-term remote production team that can support ongoing creative projects across multiple 360ism brands.
Selected applicants may assist with editing, design, content scheduling, magazine layout, photo retouching, and other media production tasks.
The goal is to build a dependable team that can grow with the company.
Current Remote Roles
Pay per gig is $4 – 10 USD per hour. Task Hours may vary.
Video Editor
Adobe Premiere Pro required. Corporate videos, interviews, training content, and branded video edits.
Graphic Designer
Flyers, event graphics, social media posts, promotional designs, and marketing visuals.
Photo Editor
Lightroom and Photoshop editing, color correction, retouching, and image preparation.
Magazine Layout Designer
Adobe InDesign layout work for editorial spreads, covers, and print-ready magazine files.
Social Media Assistant
Caption writing, scheduling, posting, basic engagement, and content organization.
