Built by a Creative Who Understands the Complete Process
360ism was founded by Daring Leaderman — photographer, producer, publisher and educator. With more than 20 years behind the camera, in the edit, on the press and in the classroom, he built 360ism the way working creatives actually need it: every stage of the creative process, connected under one company.
That first-hand experience across every pillar is what lets the 360ism divisions work together — the same understanding of light, story, production and publishing runs through all of them.

What exactly is 360ism?
360ism is a Richmond-based media and creative company made up of eight specialized divisions covering photography, video production, studio rental, business content, podcast production, photography education, publishing, equipment rental, and model and creative events. Each division serves a distinct audience while sharing the same facilities, production experience and creative resources.
Do I have to work with more than one division?
No. Every division operates independently, so you can book a single service and stop there. The divisions connect when a project calls for it — for example a studio rental that grows into a podcast series, or a photography class that leads to a publication submission.
Where is 360ism located?
The studio is at 1108 E. Main St, Suite 220, Richmond, VA 23219, in downtown Richmond. Production work travels throughout the Richmond region and beyond.
Can I rent the studio without hiring a photographer?
Yes. 360ism Studios rents production space on its own for photographers, filmmakers, creators, educators, production teams and selected private events. Equipment rental is also available separately through 360ism Rentals.
Do you work with businesses and organizations?
Yes. 360ism Business handles branded content production, corporate headshots, product media, personal-brand content, training material and agency production, including recurring content programs.
How do I get my work published?
360ism Publishing accepts editorial submissions and creative features across its digital and print titles, and also offers advertising placements. Submissions are made through publish.360ism.com.
